Service Fees

Many LegalCertify services are offered at a flat rate based on the scope of work, rather than the time required to complete them. Emergency services may include an additional fee due to the expedited turnaround and additional attention required. Olha will review all fees with you during your initial phone call, and the agreed pricing will be clearly included in your service agreement before work begins.

A clear path forward

How does it work?

Know what to expect before you spend time traveling, making repeated calls, or gathering documents that may not be needed.

01

Initial phone call

Olha will thoroughly review your situation and determine the best course of action moving forward. She will explain the documents needed, expected timing, and any follow-up meetings required.

02

Confirm agreement and fee

Once you agree to hire Olha, she will provide an agreement explaining the services you are purchasing, what is and is not included, and the total service fees you will pay.

03

Performance and follow-ups

After work begins, Olha will email requests for any documents or information she needs. Prompt responses help keep your service moving efficiently. Depending on the service, she may also schedule follow-up appointments to review prepared documents and next steps.

04

Emergency Service

Emergency requests are handled on a 24–48 hour turnaround when accepted. To avoid delays, all requested documents should be provided to Olha as soon as possible. She will prepare the final documents and, when an apostille is required, may need to take them in person to the appropriate Secretary of State’s office.

Start with a clear answer.

How much does it cost to apply for TPS and a work permit?

Form I-821 costs $510 plus a $30 biometrics fee, for a $540 total. Only the $30 biometrics fee may be eligible for a fee waiver, and there is no I-821 filing fee to renew TPS. If Form I-601 is required, the fee is $1,050 and may be waivable for TPS applicants. A paper-filed work permit costs $1,080 ($560 + $520); only the $520 fee may be waivable. An online work permit costs $1,030 ($560 + $470), and those fees are not waivable.

When and how can I apply for re-parole?

Apply for re-parole no earlier than 180 days before your current parole expires. File Form I-131 online through a USCIS online account. Each applicant, including minor children, must have their own USCIS online account. The online filing fee is $580 per person. If USCIS determines the request merits approval, an additional $1,020 fee must be paid before re-parole can be approved.

Is the USCIS online account available in Ukrainian and Russian?

No. The USCIS online account is available only in English. USCIS forms are also available only in English, whether they are completed online or on paper.
